Absolutely thrilled with how my hair turned out! This is my second appointment with Kayleigh but my first involving hair dye, and I could not be happier with my hair! It’s exactly what I wanted and more. She got it done quickly while still maintaining precision and paid attention to every detail and even noticed the tiniest of spots where the dye hadn’t taken properly and touched that up until it was fixed. She talked me through every step to make sure I had full control of the final result and was absolutely fine with me changing my mind during the process of picking a toner colour and made recommendations on what would look best with the brown which was on the majority of my hair and the frame front bits were bleached. She offered me drinks regularly and gave me a fan as it was hot today and made sure my skin felt okay throughout the entire dying and bleaching process. She is very kind and easy to talk to, holding conversations with you. Overall felt very welcome, looked after and comfortable and my hair has turned out amazing on both occasions! Ive rebooked and she will be my hair dresser for as long as I live in the area, and will most likely travel to her from wherever I live in the future within reason because she’s the first hair stylist I’ve had a 100% good experience with.
